Additions:
- Implemented a description feature where you can give your clan a description. This is tied into the permissions feature so other clan members with X rank can also set a description.
- Implemented a clans top feature. This is paged and each page features 10 clans but every clan is listed on here.
- Clan top is measured through kills, in order to climb the ranks you must kill other players. Only players, mobs and entities do not count towards the value.
- Implemented new placeholders for leaderboards and for server customisation, linking to the new clans top feature.
