Fixed several minor generation bugs
Bug fixes
- Removed defaults for boolean values in config
- Fixed chunk idempotency marker from The End from barrier to light
- Fixed Ancient City and Pyramid detection
- Reduced Dungeon and Whirlpool frequency
- Replaced the error-prone bedrock loot to Reinforced Deepslate
- Replaced BAMBOO_BLOCK to a random log
