Block infesting, harder skeletons and Ender Dragon, Illusioners in End Ships, 'break' command

- 0.01% of appropriate blocks are infested
- Added 'break' command
- Increased chest density in pyramids
- Added Illusioners to defend End Ships
- Made shooting mobs target the closest player immediately if spawned with direct vision to them
- Added config to disable underground railways
- The End Dragon healing crystals are periodically resurrecting
- Reduced probabilities for big groups of loot
- Removed wither and ender dragon eggs
- Removed infinite potions
