NEW:
- Added an advanced log feature -> /getlogs <player> <logType> [page] [contains=] [time=]

- Added chat mentions -> Mention a player in chat by typing their name.
- Updated the settings feature.

New setting:
- Chat mentions -> Toggle between 4 values in this setting
- Mention title enabled
- Mention sound enabled
- Mention title & sound enabled
- No mention sound or title enabled

Bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue with the channels feature where if you disabled any chat while you were online and relogged you would be in the channel again.
- Fixed an issue where the freeze command had no permission
