Added: Parameter permissions matching their parameter counterpart: " havendisplay.<param>"
i.e " havendisplay.-n"
" havendisplays.all" will give all parameter permissions.

Added: New parameters:

• -s<num> → Display scale (Only affects -f & -r)
• -x<num> → Move the display on the X axis
• -y<num> → Move the display on the Y axis
• -z<num> → Move the display on the Z axis
• -i → Block right-click pickup.
• -g<hex> → Glow specific color.
• -v<num> → View distance (Only affects -f & -r)
• -l<num> → Light.

*Light is restricted to the movements of the Light block, and cannot move freely like half a block up, like the displays can.
