Added: New awesome options for displays using these parameters:

• -n - Show name
• -h - Name on hover
  
• -s - Stack amount
  
• -g - Glowing
  
• -b - Burning
  
• -f - Frozen
  
• -r - Realistic

/display -n -s -r45
(Both -f and -r accept a number value which represents rotation, like -r45)

Added: Displays now support slabs and trapdoors.

Changed: The parameter -n no longer hides the name and now shows it instead.

Fixed: An issue causing sounds to stop playing on newer Minecraft versions.
