Command system improvements
Added remove commands:
Console support: All administrative commands can now be executed from the server console
- Fixed critical bug with respawning: Now the "Resurrect" button always works correctly after player death
- Improved stability of health system and prevented conflicts with death/resurrection process
Command system improvements
- New logic /blood add volume: Now adds volume to the current amount of blood (not the maximum)
- New command /blood add maxvolume: Increases the player's maximum blood volume.

- /blood remove volume - reduces the current blood volume
- /blood remove maxvolume - reduces the maximum blood volume
Console support: All administrative commands can now be executed from the server console
