1) the api isn't very telling/well documented
2) one egg changes a whole stack
3) removing the plugin leaves the holograms

The plugin is awesome! When I upgrade to a new version, the plugin automatically creates a backup of my config and language files. This is super convenient for debugging when upgrading the plugin.

Plugin is very well made, feature rich and customizable. I do have one problem with the plugin though. The default lang file has everything in the small caps font. I know many server owners do not want this and will have to spend a good amount of time manually replacing all that. I think it should come with 2 lang files one being legacy text and colors and the other being hex and small caps. This is just so tedious to change. But the plugin is still very performant and easy to use besides what i mentioned.

I hate this plugin and dont use it! The hologram gets stuck there forever, and mobs won’t spawn. I don’t know about the other good reviews.. I think they’re fake or written by bots. I placed spawners and holograms, and even after removing this plugin, they were still there. It’s so annoying. Completely useless plugin!

This plugin is good but just found a dupe today, if you use a auto clicker and perfectly time the spawners then people can just dupe them, the blocks wont be ghost blocks and people can place spawners down and when they do the server cant handle the auto clicker in anyway and it just dupes

bro Ive literally watched this plugin grow from practically nothing to what it's at now, not only is this the best free spawner plugin but it also outperforms all the paid plugins aswell I genuinely cant find any issues at all there is absolutely nothing that needs to be added with one exception, making a spawner per chunk limit option.

With each update the plugin is dying. My server is still in the finalization and there are still not a lot of people playing, but what a disappointment was when a new player turned, with a question and what for the unclear messages in the spavner (there were errors), and the spavner was renamed inappropriately. Decided to roll back to the version below (1.2.7), there are fewer bugs, but the description with the mob was not working placeholder %entity%, to look for bugs further no desire. First off I will say this plugin is really good it has a lot of potential but it also has a lot of issues:

1) Support
There is no Discord server nor Guild where you can receive help from shall you have any questions about the config or any errors in console.

2) Lag & Crashes
This plugin works fine on servers where there may only be three or four people afking spawners at one time but if it is going to get anywhere near 30 plus players afking spawners at the same time then you will begin to notice an issue after a while that will randomly drop TPS all the way down to five and it will stay there until you force restart the server which a lot of the time ends up with players mad because they've lost items or progress on their builds it also may randomly cause the server to crash like it has for me several times.

3) Memory Leak!!
This should be #1, but it's not. Anyways, I have a very high quality hosting plan that allows up to 25 GB of RAM, and due to this plugin, 20 minutes after the server would restart, or just start in general, the RAM usage would be completely maxed out at 25 GB. The entire time this plugin has been my server, even before it started to cause lag issues, it has always had a memory leak issue.

I have recently upgraded to a paid version of this plugin with active development and hooks into other plugins. Since switching from this plugin to the new one we use now, we have had zero server lag, TPS always stays at 20, our RAM usage never exceeds 12 GB, no random server crashes, etc..

With that being said, when I first started my server, and we didn't have very many players, this plugin was awesome. All of the new players that we gained, we gained because they loved the way SmartSpawner functions. Unfortunately, now that our community has grown, we simply had no choice but to go with an alternative.

It's really good with the GUI design and all its just it doesn't support MV so basically if your spawners aren't in the main world nether or end world after a server restart they reset and have to be activated and also all loot & spawners get reset

Great plugin it has everything that i needed but theres some problem like sometime spawners changed to an defualt 1 pig spawner and sometimes the spawner disapeared but its so rare only happend once. i can see that there is the spanwer from yml and /smartspawner list but on that location nothing..

Insanely good this is the only free one out there that actually works however i have one issue and its that when i upload one of the spawners to economy shopGUI to be able to get purchased and i try buy it it gives me a diffreent spawner the default minecraft one just with the mob inside so i have to place it down and then break it to get the stackable spawner which is really annoying when i want to place down many stacks of spawners
