Benji Bon's Elo plugin -----
Adds Elo, a score that basically says how good you are.Fixed bugs found in 1.1 and 1.0, Added compatibility for versions 1.18-1.20
The plugin wouldn't properly create the necessary data folders on the first join, that is fixed. Tested for version 1.18.2, does work there. Adds leaderboards also.
