Update CustomBiomeAnnounce-1.0.2

Added:

• With the new version in the config.yml, you will have the complete list of biomes available in the latest version You can also change the color of each biome and its name or language, you can modify it as you like
• Now you can set a custom sound for each biome!

Note:
If you already had the previous version installed on your server then you will have to delete the config.yml file for the new one to be generated!

(By the way, I have already added some default symbols, colors, and sounds corresponding to each biome )
