Chat Patrol 1.3
- /cp list command removed
- Now logs all punishments to punishments.txt file
- Added anti caps feature
- More configurable in config.yml (enable disable different checks)
- Verify what chat patrol is moderating with /cp or /chatpatrol
- Best to reload your config from fresh for new features
