Fixes:
- you can choose sounds based on biome
- you can choose jumpscare mob based on biome
- signs disappear based on seconds set in config.yml

Herobrine Update:
- herobrine may spawn in the distance or near the player
- particles and effects when it disappears
- chance of spawning a redstone torch or moss cobblestone crucifix
- I challenge you, set up a jukebox and play disc 11
