Oh lordie, this is bad.
The review below mine I'm going to assume is a friend, because this script is anything buy "helpful".

Lets break down some issues:
1) Join messages = HOLY CRAP! On first join I get 4 join messages, PLUS a giant title in the middle of my screen. Looking thru the code I see "on join" 4 times, WTF?!?! Why is the same thing written so many times?

2) gm(c|s|sp|a) commands = these are written very poorly, all they do is force the player to execute vanilla commands, which in turn spits it 2 messages, one from this script, another from the vanilla command.

3) "executed" command = What does this do? Theres no tab completion, so I have to type the command once, for it to fail, for it to tell me to use "/executed help", which then tells me what I can do with this command. Seems counter intuitive.

4) msg/reply commands = The msg command doesn't set the variable that the reply command uses, therefor the reply command doesn't work, and is useless. It appears that variable is never set... anywhere.

5) clear chat commands = Why is there two? Theres command aliases for a reason. Funny part is 1 is written correctly, and the other is written wrong, which produces an error:

Also, why are you looping 300 times? Theres only 100 lines in chat.
Also, why are you broadcasting? I thought this was "clear chat" not "spam console"???

6) Code Quality = This is written pretty poorly, it has a lot of beginner mistakes.

SUMMARY:
- Code quality is pretty bad
- Nothing useful here
- Comes with errors due to incorrect code
- Spammy join messages
