✅ Fixed LuckPerms Rank Detection
- Admin and other groups now correctly apply their chat formats.
- Automatically converts rank names to lowercase for consistency.
- Players with different ranks now see the correct chat format based on their permissions.
- Enhanced PlaceholderAPI support for dynamic placeholders.
- Added a debug toggle to reduce log spam:
- debug: true → Enables detailed chat logs.
- debug: false → Hides debug messages.
- Debugging messages now only appear when enabled, keeping logs clean.
