DESCRIPTION:

BlockControlSN is a plugin that manages the usage and time duration of specific blocks like cobwebs, obsidian, and sponges. It prevents unauthorized interactions with these blocks in protected WorldGuard regions and displays a countdown via holograms.

Holograms are not self-made, it uses DecentHolograms as depenency, along with WorldGuard also.

Available permissions: cobwebsn.bypass & cobwebsn.reload
