Each command have now his own permission, you can follow this simple syntax to use them:
bulmultiverse.COMMAND_NAME
for example
/bmv list -> bulmultiverse.list
/bmv tp -> bulmultiverse.tp
etc..

The permission bulmultiverse.admin is still available and give the permission for all commands.
