This update is for Spigot/Minecraft 1.20.6 - 1.21.4 and has been compiled with Java 21 and Spigot API 1.21.1.

• add support for RGB colours in scoreboard
• process placeholders before colouring scoreboard strings
• hide the attributes/tooltips on shovel
• support for {MIN} placeholder in scoreboards
• add command to create waiting spawn point - /spsetup setwaitingspawn {arena-name}
• if waiting spawn exists, teleport players to primary spawn when countdown reaches anti-camping value
• remove player from game if they leave the arena bounds before game starts
• add command to delete waiting spawn location - /spsetup deletewaitingspawn {arena-name}
