1 Added new notification style when breaking containers, Boss_bar

2 Changed command structure. Added 2 new commands. /csr toggle - will change between chat notification and Boss_Bar(default). /csr abandon - will allow owners of containers to abandon them and make them public

3 Changed container breaking on health depletion. Containers will now just become public upon health getting to 0%

4 Added Update checker for server owners
