Changed features:

• At the community's request, the sequence start/stop message is now sent only to the person executing the command. If it's a player, he'll receive the message, if it's the console or a command block, the message will be sent to the console.
• The “op” action that stopped the sequence has been removed. It conflicted with the text the players wanted to appear.
Additional information. I know many of you are waiting for the fountains, work is still in progress. I want the result to be perfect so I don't have to modify the code again.
