Adds the ability to create configurable custom music discs using resource packs.Gameplay Update
New Features:
- Discs In-game will now update when `discs.yml` is updated and reloaded.
Note: Modifying identifier in `discs.yml` after items are distributed will make previously distributed items unusable.
