Extra broadcasting options
When running /broadcast, you now have more options for how to present your message.
/broadcast <type> <message> - the `type` option can be any of the following:

- text - Will send a chat message with the broadcast
- chat - Will send a chat message with the broadcast
- gui - Will show the broadcast as a title on players' screens for 3 seconds
- all - Will use both text and gui
