Release of SimpleTrade v0.92b

Added:
- You can not pick up items anymore while trading to prevent item loss

Removed:
- Bold Boolean on accept and deny in trade.yml, because it was not working

Bugs Fixed:
- Fixed error when coin amount was left blank
- Fixed not loading target items after leaving economy menu
- Fixed dupe glitch when target had more items in trade menu
- Fixed bug where items were deleted if you got more items than your inventory had empty slots left

Other:
- Code clean up
