Added limit option for charges.
Added ability to use multiple prices for a single upgrade - use '<key>-<price>&<key>-<price>...' to use multiple prices. Note, that the number of prices must be the same as the price increase values, for example:
- range: EXPERIENCE-100&LEVELS-10 # these are prices for the range upgrade
- range: 50&5 # these are price increases for the range upgrade, setting this to just 50 will cause an error
