It's very nice to have a plugin to silence players without having to mute them, it's so easy to operate large events with this plugin.

I'd suggest you add a bypass permission for admins so they could talk even after they are silenced. And it would be nice if we could customize whether or not players will see a message when they try to chat while silenced, and if we choose to display a message it would be customizable :)
