A plugin to allow global cross-server communication (chat sync) and messaging.

Fixed an issue with BungeeCord where if a player did not have a UUID it would return null.
Made it so when you reload the plugin it also updates the Discord bot's activity.
Made it so when you can use %plugin-prefix% in the reload message.
Made it so %plugin-prefix% is available for the update message.
