Allow certain java players to join your bedrock server or vice versa or use it as a simple list

How to use:
/uw : Opens the main menu
You can tab after uw to use commands directly instead of using the menu, commands work on console too!
To use placeholders you need placeholderapi

Permissions:
- ultimatewhitelist.use : Permission to use the commands
- ultimatewhitelist.reload: Permission to use reload command
- ultimatewhitelist.add: Permission to add players to whitelist
- ultimatewhitelist.remove: Permission to remove players from whitelist
- ultimatewhitelist.list: Permission to get the list of players whitelisted
- ultimatewhitelist.on / ultimatewhitelist.off: Permission to modify the whitelist status
- ultimatewhitelist.type: Permission to set the whitelist type
- ultimatewhitelist.status: Permission to see the whitelist status
- ultimatewhitelist.version: Just to check the plugin version
- ultimatewhitelist.whitelist: Makes some players join via permission whitelist type
