Addition(s):
- You can now specify the distance blocks for each every chat command.
- /ooc and /localooc commands added. /ooc command is sending your messages to players who will be in the same world with you. For example; If you use /ooc command in overworld, your message is not sent to players who is in Nether. /localooc sends your messages to nearby players. (Distance is same with /local command)
