Positive Notices:

Speed of Install:
Plugin is very organised and lightweight, making it very simple for any server owner to install it and use it in a matter of seconds.

Performance:
This plugins performs one clear task and it is implemented so that it does not affect performance or CPU usage.

Issues:

Within the BlockListeners.java class, there is one potentially dangerous issue, which can lead many users to despair and anger in some occasions.
When the author cancels the drop event and calls addItem() to the player's inventory, he does not in fact check if the inventory is empty or not. Inventory#addItem method does in fact return a Map with items that could not be stored upon failing.
I truly recommend fixing it, as users could lose extremely dangerous items such as diamonds, obsidian or similar due to mining them with a full inventory.
