We are excited to announce version 1.1.0 of EntityTrackerFixer, which comes with significant improvements and new features designed to give you a more robust and customizable experience. This update brings improvements in configuration, optimization and localization.
New features:
Internationalization:
The messages that the user sees can now be configured through a lang.yml file, allowing easy localization and customization of texts.
Improved Configuration Management:
A ConfigValidator class has been added to ensure that your config.yml file has all the necessary modules and is usable. This prevents errors and ensures correct configuration when starting the server.
Blacklist of Worlds:
You can now define a world blacklist in config.yml under the world_blacklist key. In these worlds, EntityTrackerFixer will not perform any actions, allowing you to have more granular control over where the plugin acts.
Improved Configuration and Debugging Messages:
All configuration and debugging messages have been moved to the lang.yml file, allowing full customization and localization.
Configuration Check at Startup:
The ConfigValidator class now checks the integrity of your config.yml when starting the server, setting default values for missing configurations and making sure the plugin works correctly out of the box.
Update Instructions:
To update to version 1.1.0, follow these steps:
- Make a backup of your current configuration files.
- Download and replace the plugin file with the new version.
- Start your server so that new configuration files will be generated automatically.
- Review and customize config.yml and lang.yml to your needs.
- Restart your server to apply the changes.
