Changes:

(NEW!) Discord integration → Reports will now send messages in your Discord server whenever a new report is made.
- An admin has to set the webhook URL for the currently used container, using the /reports discordwebhook <url> command.
- An initial message is sent to the Discord server to notify that the webhook is successfully linked to the container.
- A message is sent in the given Discord channel of the webhook whenever any report is made (including anonymous reports).
