In this update I have added some new functions and fixed various bugs:

Bug fixes:
- PlaceHolderAPI support has been updated and better implemented
- Bossbar sometimes displayed "Welcome to the server"
- An outdated security hole has been closed (see *1)
- & other bug fixes that are not worth mentioning

New functions:
- An update checker has been added so that server admins are always up to date.
- The table list can now be customised & prefixes of Luckperms work
(Chat functions will follow in later updates)
- Void Teleport is now integrated and you can adjust the Y-Level (so the plugin can be used in 1.13 but also in 1.20)
