PlotMarkers 1.01 makes improvements to the last played date, error handling, and for servers with a large number of plots.

• Set the last played date for brand new players
• Update the last played date after a player quits or disconnects
• Break up the initial generation of markers and updates when players quit into small groups to reduce the loading on the main thread
• Handle the case if a Minecraft playerdata file is missing
