Lightning in a bottle, explosive if dropped...Added the ability to change particle type, and change the intensity of it. Also fixed a bug.
New config file added giving players the ability to change the particle effect from the lightning strike, and also the intensity of the particles.
Fixed a bug where xp was spawning but was invisible, now it doesn't spawn.
