Where would I start? The plugin itself works. But what's wrong here is the configuration. Insufficient. I know that for most it will be enough, but if someone wants to make a nice and well thought out design, unfortunately it will not work. For example at the shop where you buy the generators you can't set the slots and so you can't make the design your own. On asking and subsequent request to add, I was told to use another plugin. Sure, I understand it's not stated anywhere that the plugin can do this, but I think it's standard nowadays to be able to configure to your own. The plugin also does not support the AdvancedChests plugin, which is a very important plugin on quite a few servers.
There are more flaws in the plugin in my opinion, but unfortunately it is not standard in more plugins. I last sent a message almost a month ago and still haven't gotten a single reply.

If you are not demanding on configuration, the plugin is certainly usable.

Since it's a paid plugin, I would expect more helpfulness.

I'd also like to add that the author owns 28 plugins, which is certainly high maintenance. While it's clear to me that he's not working on this alone, I think that's a lot and so plugins can get neglected. Unfortunately, it's made for quantity here, not quality.

If everything important and necessary is added to the plugins (I sent everything to the ticket) I will gladly change the rating. I wish you much success.

Great plugin and works very good however support is extremely slow. This can be an issue especially for server owners that pay a premium price for a plugin and need that support asap. Slow support slows down development for a lot of servers being developed. This plugin would 100% deserve a 5 star if support picked up a bit.

The plugin is very good! I have tried all of them on the market and this is the best! Looking forward to further improvements! The support is a bit slow, but sooner or later the good ideas we users give will get in. If you can formulate your problem precisely, it will be solved quickly!

After my latest review which was on the 2nd of September I have attempted to contact the Support team various times without any luck.

There are countless of issues within AxGens and they fail to provide support or updates to resolve these issues that I've reported to the team.

The AxGens plugin has solid features and good functionality, but the support is poor. I waited days to get it working, and even after that, simple questions often go unanswered for hours or not at all. It's frustrating to see a support team active on Discord but not responding to tickets.

The plugin has some useful features but also annoying bugs. If you're new to plugins or only a bit experienced, I wouldn't recommend this one. Be ready for long waits and possible frustration if you need help.

Very nice plugin overall! It has many features, it is easy to configure and it is beginner-friendly! I would definitely recommend it to any new server owners.

El mejor Gens que he conocido, totalmente configurable y lo mejor es el poder vender por "handall", realmente me ayuda a separar los privilegios que debería de tener un user normal con un VIP o rango superior, realmente me sirve muchisimo, y lo de poder crear nuestros propios SellWands, hermoso!

The best Gens I have ever known, fully configurable and the best thing is being able to sell by "handall", it really helps me separate the privileges that a normal user with a VIP or higher rank should have, it really helps me a lot, and the being able to create our own SellWands, beautiful!

tl:dr - Excellent plugin made by an awesome team.

I've tried multiple Generators plugins over the past few weeks and AxGens really stands above. The plugin is lightweight, easy to setup and customize, and provides everything you need as the core of a Gens style server. The support team on Discord is responsive and friendly as well, willing to help however they can. I really can't recommend this plugin enough.
