I've added more features to the warpall command, including its usage in the console. Now, you can use the following syntax in the console:

warpall <Warp> <--Option>

Options: --force, --all, --forceall, --admin, --adminask

Additionally, I've added functionality for the warp command so you can teleport other players from the console using this format:

warp <Warp> <Player> (--force if needed)
