Floor is Lava v1.0.5 changelogs

• Implemented GUI interface with multiple objects (i.e: paginator and popup menus)
• added a title explaining what to do "Lava is Rising! Be the last to survive!"
• added more config options: PlayMusic; whether pigstep should play in the background
• development environment set back to spigot to ensure compatibility with all platforms
• multiple bug fixes and code improvments
• adjusted game states to set game lobby to "generating" as soon as player starts a game
• improved InviteLobby to GameLobby data handover, both lobbies are planned later to be fused into one for simplicity
• config version is now 1.2
