- New server commands:
- clearallexplosives: Removes all explosives from the server.
- giveexplosives [PLAYER] [QUANTITY]: Gives a player a certain number of explosives (default: 1).
- takeexplosives [PLAYER] [QUANTITY]: Takes from a player a certain number of explosives (default: 1).
- takeallexplosives [PLAYER]: Takes all explosives from a player.
- checkexplosives [PLAYER]: Checks how many explosives a player has.

- Added block restrictions in order to make the plugin more consistent.

- Vault plugin is now an optional dependency. If not installed, /buyexplosives and /sellexplosives will be disabled.

- Added an update checker to let the users know when a new version is available.

- Settings update (config.yml):
- If you put "buyPrice" a negative value, players won't be able to buy explosives.
- If you put "sellPrice" a negative value, players won't be able to sell explosives.
