This update introduces:
- Sumo Event summoners that allows players to start a global sumo event. That can be given to players using `/sumo giveflare player`.
- Event countdown, this is a server wide broadcast that informs the players that there is currently an active sumo event and displays the amount of players that are currently in the queue.
