this plugin is good, but as Athlaeos said, it doesnt give a description, that could prevent players from downloading it, it has lack of customizzation, and 90% of the stuff in this plugin is not customizable, its still good and i would I would recommend it to anyone who needs it

The author doesn't give a description so i went and checked what this plugin does:
All this plugin really does is give item drops a glow effect and a custom name which includes a timer countdown until it despawns.
Besides some strange coding practices (why place the integer timer in an array for no reason?) and a default despawn timer of 30 seconds which should be 300 seconds as is the vanilla default imo, this is a pretty decent plugin. though you also can't increase the despawn timer above the vanilla default as the plugin doesn't prevent the vanilla item despawn, and you also can't change the custom name given to the item
