Changes:
- Command /playerinfo commands to info <player> and give more information than just player's ip address
- Add more functionality to /hat command now you can equip your hand item to another player's head (/hat <player>)
New command:
- /info [command.info] to get player's basic information
- /iteminfo [command.iteminfo] to get item in hand in formation such as custommodeldata, name, etc.
