Resolved a bug in which the SQLITE database connection message was displayed several times.


Fixed a bug in the ConfigUpdater that didn't set the version in the lang.yml and config.yml files, so it didn't update correctly and the config was reset each time it was restarted (of course there was the backup-0-lang.yml and config.yml!).
