Cumulative Enchantment Power
Now, there is a "cumulative" feature!

messages.yml:

Enchantments:
DAMAGE_ALL:
cumulative: 9
1: 5
2: 11
3: 17


in config.yml:

do-cumulative: true

if do-cumulative is on, only the "cumulative" will count. right now it's set to 9, meaning that every level gives 9 power

if it's off it will follow the regular rules
