Added shouldUseResources option
Added shouldUseResources option
- If enabled, players will have to have the necessary trim template and material to successfully apply the trim to their armor.
- This option is toggleable by command /trim shouldUseResources.
- A new permission was added: trimmer.changeOption
- Requires permission trimmer.changeOption
- The /trim command works as it did before if the argument is omitted
