Changelog:
- Added the ability to install new plugins directly from the game: in the Plugin Manager GUI, there is now a 'Download plugin' button to enter a URL* to the plugin file you intend to install. This will be downloaded and then enabled automatically.

*: The URL must be direct to the plugin file, this means it must end in .jar (e.g. spigot page files will not do, but we are already looking for a workaround for this).
