Bug Fixes
This update includes the following improvements
- Removed debug statement that was cluttering the console
- Fixed signs not updating playercount on player leaving
- Fixed negative sign indexes when only one world file existed and fixed plugin crashing in that case
- Fixed action bar messages not getting sent on certain forks of bukkit
- Fixed players being able to take items out and put items into the voting inventory using hotkeys
