Support was amazing, however the plugin is not very customisable. Straying too far from the default design will lead to unexpected bugs and broken features. Don't get me wrong, the developer is extremely hands-on when it comes to trying to fix these issues (even if there is a delay) but expect to be playing wack-a-mole as you bug test the plugin for him.

For now, I would not recommend this plugin, as I've ended up wasting a day trying to get it to work. I'll change my review once these issues are fixed, but until then I'll be forced to use a different plugin.

I think this is a great plugin, but I’m only giving it 3 stars because my suggestion on Discord wasn’t responded to.

To make it even better, I’d love to see support for CoinsEngine’s currency, as it offers more flexibility.

Additionally, it would be great to have placeholders for custom categories, allowing them to be used as sub-tags to enhance diversity.

If you add these features, I’ll update my review to 5 stars—along with my friends!

I reported a problem with the plugin and the dev said he would look into it and no response or solution, it's been over 40 days...

Could you add a feature where the person already has the permission given during the voucher it will give him an 'already have the tag' message?

Bought this plugin since Dec. 21, 2023. This is the only plugin I bought so far that made me regret a lot since none of its features are working at all until now.

You cant create tags at all, the editor is buggy and the none of the features stated are working. The free version works much better.

I might change and update this review if it works one day. But I doubt it will considering the span of time given for the creator to improve this one. This one gave me a feeling that this plugin has been abandoned.

my servers, the plugin works for me without problems and it is not that difficult to set it up because it have a pretty clear config from the last few updates.
