Fixed an issue where the Border wouldn't spawn correctly if you had an Arena Name that didn't match the World Name that it took place in. For example, if you had an Arena called 'Forest' in a world called 'World' it wouldn't function correctly. This is no longer the case and the names no longer need to match.
The World Border will now find the Center Coordinates of the Arena Cuboid to set as the center block of the Border. Previously it would default to 0,0. This means you can now have Arenas that can be placed anywhere in a world.
