v1.37.2.2548 Minor Fixes
Added: Command "/havenbags pluginreload", reloads the plugin through ValorlessUtils. (Requires ValorlessUtils v1.16.0)
Fully disables and enables the plugin.

Added: SkinCache, cache player skins to use in the AdminGUI and other places.

Fixed: AdminGUI no longer throws a HTTP 429 error, when trying to load skins of offline players.

Removed: ChestSort support.
