v1.23.1.1565 Hotfixes
Changed: Admins with the 'havenbags.bypass' permission, can now apply filters, regardless of filter permissions.

Fixed: The permissions update for auto-pickup filters should now work correctly.

Fixed: Commands no longer return "Unknown command.".

Debugging: All debug logs have been given a DI (Debug Identification), to easier locate them in the code.
