Added Admin GUI using '/bags gui'!
Do note, this gui is still in early access, and will be customizable at a later date.
It may also throw some errors, but you can still use HavenBags like normal without the gui.

Fixed an issue causing the config value "bag-texture", to not be applied.

Fixed a warning that could occur, when closing bags.

Added permission 'havenbags.gui'.
Allows you to use /bags gui
